With the aim of providing our clients with the utmost security in their experience with TBC Eventos, we would like to communicate the following:

TBC EVENTOS warns our clients of the possible existence of communications transmitted through websites, WhatsApp, email, and various electronic means, allegedly fraudulent, offering travel packages, wedding planning, all kinds of social events, and/or accommodation services, which are not issued by us.

 

In this regard, we have become aware that the alleged fraudsters may use deception mechanisms by impersonating TBC Eventos staff and, in that sense, request deposits and provide bank account information that, we reiterate, does not belong to TBC Eventos or any of its related companies.

 

In this regard, it is essential to inform our clients that:

 

We do not receive deposits or transfers through convenience stores (Oxxo, 7-Eleven, Circle K, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc.). Only in cases where our clients wish to prepay for their package, will we provide them with information about our bank accounts for the corresponding payment, which are always with traditional banks in the financial market. In this sense, we clarify to our clients that prepayment of their packages will always be an alternative to the partial payment plan that TBC Eventos offers from their quotes.

 

All communications, reports, and in general, customer service is exclusively provided by the individuals accredited by TBC Eventos in our client contracts, as well as through our official contact methods:

All bank account information provided by TBC Eventos to our clients for payments in all modalities always corresponds to companies (legal entities) duly established under Mexican law, never to individuals (natural persons).

 

We are not responsible for the misuse of our trade image, brands, and name by third parties unrelated to TBC Eventos.

 

To prevent our clients from falling victim to such fraud, we make the following recommendations:

 

Type the official website address of TBC Eventos, where detailed information about our packages, promotions, and offers can be found.

 

Avoid opening emails or links from email accounts that are not official and disregard them.

 

Be cautious of links shared via WhatsApp, text messages, email, or social media, unless they come from our official contact channels and/or one of our authorized executives.

 

It is important to consider that, in addition to the reservations and event packages through TBC Eventos, there are other organizers, travel agencies, and wholesalers that also offer travel, event planning, accommodation, and reservation services, so we recommend verifying the authenticity of these entities and confirming their identity and legitimacy.

 

We suggest that in case of doubt, avoid contracting services and do not provide information or transfer money to companies of questionable authenticity.
